Reads is committed to quality and every member of staff is focused on providing the best service and value for money.

As members of the British Association of Removers we are required to meet the BS EN 12522 Quality Standard – and we are happy to comply. An independent auditor visits us once a year to make sure we are up to scratch.

All our customers are asked to complete a “Nobody’s Perfect” satisfaction form. These forms are recorded and tabulated so we can keep an eye on any slippage in our service levels. The recording of the replies is a FAIM requirement and is a quick and sure indicator of any problems that need to be addressed.

In addition to the “Nobody’s Perfect” forms we are happy to receive emails and letters about our customers – all such communications are kept in our reception area for customers to read. The suggestions and ideas are reviewed and taken on board at our monthly management review meetings.

The standards to which we work have enabled the company to enter the BAR’s Packer of the Year competition – and to win it three times!

The company’s primary quality objectives are: -

This policy will be displayed on appropriate notice boards to provide visible management commitment and to ensure that all personnel are aware of it.
